Justin, with a carpentry background, grew up in Harcourt near Bendigo, Australia. Justin operated a successful construction business before moving into the insurance building world. Justin has extensive insurance building experience, including state manager roles for a national insurance builder, and major flood and fire events. Justin provides invaluable construction, project management, and business administration and operations experience and direction to the greater team

As a registered engineer, builder and building designer, Leigh has over 23 years experience as a multi-disciplined practitioner, and provides technical expertise and support to our greater design and construction delivery team across our residential, commercial and insurance building projects.

As a qualified carpenter with over 18 years’ experience in the residential and commercial construction, Dylan moved into a senior supervision and project management role with high attention to detail and strong client focus. Dylan oversees the operation of the Bendigo region team from a management level. Dylan has a strong insurance building background including a leading operational and management role in the recent Central Victorian flood event.

Starting in the property and building industry in 2001, Scott has built an extensive list of industry relationships across residential, commercial, educational, child care and NDIS projects. Possessing a tireless work ethic, high standards and mixed with his business acumen, Scott’s passion for all things building and property are well known. Based in regional Victoria with his young family, and leading a team of building professionals – you can trust Scott to ensure your project runs smoothly

Jye spent early career in QLD working in a supervisor and project manager role across multiple commercial projects. Jye relocated to Sydney & then Melbourne where he continued working within the commercial building industry in senior operations and management roles. During this time, Jye obtained invaluable experience in all aspects of construction including supervision , estimating, project management and contract administration.
In the last 10 years Jye has been involved in the insurance building industry, which has seen him successfully develop and manage multiple teams in different states.  Jye has a strong client driven focus, and strives to motivate all team members to a successful outcome.

Danielle is qualified and very experienced in business administration, coming from a heavy operational based background with leading state and national businesses. Danielle has over 20 years experience in all aspects of business operations, including finance, project administration, process implementation and training. With 8 years in the insurance building industry, Danielle has developed the skills to ensure the best outcomes for all clients, employees and the business.

Liv has over 10 years of experience in Administration, with more than 6 years specifically in the Insurance Building sector. She has worked with some of Australia’s leading Insurance Builders, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her roles
Liv’s dual passions for People and Construction led her to complete a Bachelor of Psychology and a Diploma of Interior Design. These qualifications have enabled her to excel in her role as the National Account Manager at C+M Build Group. Liv fosters strong relationships with clients to ensure positive claim outcomes for all parties.

Kaitlyn is a dedicated Operations Manager with a strong foundation in commerce, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Since entering the building industry in 2020, Kaitlyn has demonstrated a keen ability to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and manage complex operations effectively.

Alycia serves as the Operations Manager for Vic Metro and Tasmania, bringing over seven years of experience in the insurance building industry.
Throughout her career, Alycia has worked across various roles, including Administration and Onsite Supervising, which has equipped her with a well-rounded expertise in the field. As Operations Manager, Alycia is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
