  • Justin Maddern

    Director - Bendigo

Justin grew up in Harcourt 30 minutes south of Bendigo.

He completed his schooling in Castlemaine before moving into a Carpentry apprenticeship locally in Castlemaine. On completion of his apprenticeship he moved to Bendigo for Football commitments, Justin still resides in Bendigo where he built his family home with his wife Brianna Daughters Lilah(5) and Sylvie(1).

Justin spent a period in QLD working in a trade and supervisor role on significant commercial projects, obtaining invaluable experience and exposure in the industry.

On returning from QLD Justin started his own Carpentry Business and ran that for 5 years employing up to 8 people at a time, working on a range of domestic, commercial and insurance building projects.  As an owner/operator of a carpentry business, Justin obtained invaluable experience in all aspects of construction, from the hands on trade aspects through to the business management and client liaison aspects.

For the past 6 years Justin has worked in the insurance building sector, working for one of the leading panel builders in Australia.  Justin commenced a Regional office from scratch for this panel builder, and under his governance, grew and developed this business into a strong position based on proven delivery and performance.

Justin skills, knowledge and experience quickly saw him successfully hold senior roles at this panel builder, including Business Manager/Director roles and state level manger roles for complex large loss claims delivery teams in VIC-SA-TAS.

Leigh was born and raised just north of Bendigo on a farm at Raywood, and now calls Eaglehawk home with his wife Donna and three kids Zara (8), Riley (6) and Harry (3).

Leigh spent two years working in Shepparton after University before heading for bigger project exposure experience in Melbourne followed by Townsville QLD.

Leigh has extensive design, engineering and building experience, skills and qualifications, including:

Scott grew up in Werribee and travelled to Geelong for school at Chanel College.

He now lives in Barwon Heads with his wife Cassie, and children Louella & Huxley after building their dream home in 2015.

Scott has been in the building industry since 2008, and in the insurance and facilities maintenance space since 2011, building an extensive list of industry relationships and delivering on small and large projects ranging in value from $1000 through to $1.2m, across residential, commercial, medical, educational and retail properties.

In 2012 Scott joined forces with a leading panel builder and opened a regional Geelong office from scratch, and under his leadership, grew and developed this business into a successful venture based on personal, prompt and professional service delivery.

Scott’s skills, knowledge and experience allowed him to hold senior management positions within this company and a subsequent national building company, including State Manager (Vic & NT) and Construction Management (Vic) along with Business Manager/Director roles.
